Plum out of aniseed!
Page Eight`..................Hardtalk.
Author David Hare Political / Espionage Chronicler latest play `Page Eight` has been shown on BBC 2 on Sunday and interviewed by Steven Sachur for Hardtalk.
The script of a superb drama has an eerie familiar ring to it..........
`Sometimes someone tells you something important`
`You are going to want to talk with me when you have you have read it properly`
`Politicians are informed by jouralists`
`Secretary of State you do not know all...which means the Prime minister has`nt told you`
`Our Prime minister knew everything but did not tell you` The risk takers have lost to much.
`The Secretary of State is an unprincipled maniac`
`Prime minister does not trust anyone` A dangerous position`
Information is power. The Secretary of State has been bought`
`Politicians should make up their minds........People get killed in the middle of the road`
Hardtalk..............When Prime ministers take office we are filled with hope.....but eventually some disappointment.
With Cameron it is different..................there never was hope..............who can be disappointed ?
Ah well.Grandad must have been right......I read to many books...must get out and play more.

A former Chief of staff for Cameron is a director of a Lobbying company set up by a Tory Peer Lord Bell of `Big brother watch` fame a right wing pressure group.
Mr Alex Deane was Cameron`s Chief of Staff 2004-2005 and was a Tory activist since 1995.
Mr.Deanes Lobby company is working for a group of anonymous Tobacco companies to obtain access to to Health documents held by Public Organisations involved with promoting awareness against smoking.funded by the NHS.
Tobacco companies dirty little secret is how they get others ( Lobby companies ) to do their dirty work.
Mr Cameron has a knack of employing a certain type of Chief of Staff !!
Question: is there any other sort?

However, Winston Churchill once said that it was only when we have enemies that we know we are doing something right and making a difference.

PETER;
Again allow me to advise, at the moment(short term i feel) we have this cobbled together govt, one that is internally destroying itself which iv explained in other threads.
and the leaderless dave is making things even worse
I have also said ion other threads in the lat hour that labour needs to get its ar** in gear if it wants to form the next govt.

So you agree with those of us to the centre and to the right that Labour in its present state is unelectable. Good. So we have a consensus.
