Here is the usual picture of the carpark at Millers ( Premier Inn) plenty of water there. Perhaps the water companies need to get round with their buckets and capture it up, as they seem to have an uncanny knack of letting it all seep away through their fingers...
Young boys everywhere love a puddle and this is a large one.. as puddles go.

We had 30mm of rain yesterday and it looks to be heading for more today according to my digi-gauge.
And of course having been to Morrison's half a dozen times in the sun with my SLR and telephoto lens and not had a hint of the egret, today in the pouring rain and only my compact camera with me it was sitting there looking miserable but just waiting to be photographed.
- 6 March 2012 16:23157819The thread is great Ray its giving us the full gamut of pictures...from monsoons to sunlit tranquility amongst the sheep, its got everything..and now a rainsoaked Egret. For some reason the Egrets like it at Morrisons..odd isnt it.
Didnt Ted get a nice picture of an Egret too on one thread with his new camera...brill all round.
