Just pointed out there are no buses in Ewell Minnis .Im not saying we are a cut above the rest only that the bus I was on a group of youths were causing anti Social Behaviour They had no intention of boarding the bus The previous day a brick was thrown at the bus
If they were River youths I would probably have known them .
Perhaps Marek you coukld quote the stats for Buckland ....
Why? No-one has made any claims about Buckland!!!

Bern,
Because Marek only put River stats up .I have info on all the wards .River has Anti Social Behaviour but the stats do not state i as happened recently that the person or persons who stole meat from our CoOP came from River Likewise who ever stole the plaque from our War Memorial .
Stats are only as good as the result you hope or expect to see .

I can't understand why you keep saying you haven't had any of our leaflets Howard - we have done your road twice now, probaly 3 times, as we've had 3 leaflets.
I don't know what to say.

River is no better and no worse than anywhere else, some just like to think it is better as the property cost is higher than in the town.

you have accused members here of lying, hopefully you are not adding me to the list.
i do not own a dog that may opt to chew it up.
surely you must realise that if i had just one of three leaflets that you say i have had i would have picked holes in it on here.
will be doing such with the latest red one on here later.

I got one set of Tory leaflets about 2 weeks ago, but haven't seen the later editions. I might dish out the original proto-type and pick a few holes in it, or may-be not, as I haven't read it.

Roger, I just looked and sifted through a mountain of UKIP paraphanalia, an old Charlie Elphicke missive, rediscovered my national insurance paying-in slip that has to be payed within a week, my tax-return sheet that has until October, but no sign of your leaflet.
I know I deposited it in the draw.
It seems a valuable piece of literature going by the threads here, as no-one else seems to have one, so may-be I shall have a proper look tomorrow and keep it as a rare commodity, the only copy of a sought-after campaigning leaflet that mysteriously disappeared from Dover's wards before election time!
I might offer it to Dover Museum

I am not calling you a liar at all Howard, what I'm saying is that I and others have leafleted your road and all the houses in it.
I understand that Folkestone Road has been done as well Alexander - twice, probably three times as we have had three leafelts.
Like I said on an earlier posting, I don't know what to say; remind me of your number Howard and I'll personally drop one through the letter box; I simply can't explain it.
Alexander, if you would like to email me your address, I will drop one in for you too.
The only time I accused anyone of being a liar (if I actually used that word), was when postings have been made where facts are not being said and I had to refute it.

I'll see if I can scan both sides of one and put on here, not sure if it would work.
There is nothing I am embarrassed about with any of our (for the M.E. & P ward) leaflets.

Roger, thanks a lot, but I won't be casting a vote on 5th May.
However, from my experience, the odd leaflet has been snatched directly by a little doggie, and on one occasion a tremendous horro of a dog flew against the door from the inside as the leaflet went through, causing the house to shake.
I wished it a happy choking on the leaflet and thought to myself that some dog-owners should be fined for having nasty dogs in the first place, and the dog arrested and carted off.

decisions decisions mel.
re; the leaflet situation, i spoke with a resident of st monicas in folkestone road this morning and he complained that he had 3 blue leaflets and nothing from the reds.
I know Howard it comes along with which shoes or hair style to sport on the day

is there a raving looney party in Dover? if not i know a few people who could make one up

Delivering St Monica's requires stamina, perseverance and a sense of humour. Obviously the conservatives are more energetic than the reds. Capt Webbs is much easier, all the letter boxes are together block by block.
