7 people had voted by about Lunch time at Triangles perhaps a little more at Barton Road just goes to show as I said why call an election now when May would have done £7000 + from the Town Council budget,

I'm not 100% certain of my facts here and can't check them (as the DDC website is being transferred today and some documents are not available) but if I recall correctly neither candidate is resident in the ward so neither of them could have put their names on the call for an election.
If Keith says it was campaigned for then maybe he can tell us who by?
