As a member of the St Rads ward (I live in the very last house on the edge) I would have been happy for the status quo to remain and Labour co-opt a new councillor. This is just a waste of money.

i look in there now and again and it seems like a wannabe politico that has failed and subsequently has a large portion of chips on the shoulder.
