In order to prevent misleading information deterring residents from taking part in a Public Consultation, here is one important link to the DDC website:
http://www.dover.gov.uk/pdf/LALP%20Consultation%20Version%20Chapters%201%20to%204.pdf
Yesterday evening this webpage carried information stating that it was possible to send a representation/comment by midnight 21 February 2013 to:
Regeneration Delivery Dover District Council
White Cliffs Business Park,
Dover, Kent CT16 3PJ
or to email:
regenerationdelivery@dover.gov.uk
Meanwhile, the following link supplies a DDC pre-prepared representation form:
http://www.dover.gov.uk/pdf/LALP%20Representation%20Form.pdf
Please note the following notice at the foot of the form in above link:
"Forms must be received by midnight on 21st February 2013.
Regulation 22 of the Town and Country Planning (Local Planning) (England) Regulations 2012, requires
copies of all representations to be submitted to the Secretary of State. By completing and submitting a
response to the Council you are giving your consent to the processing of personal data by Dover District
Council. You are also accepting that any information received by us, including personal data, may be put into
the public domain, including on the Council's website. "
Hopefully interested residents will NOT be deterred by misleading information on a Public Consultation!
