conforming with the information that yesterday evening was on the relevant DDC webpage, I have written a representation not using the pre-prepared representation form. I will also send in this pre-prepared representation form with the same wording attached as in my current representation.

6 February 2013 22:55214130The new houses are on the site of the old Royal Oak pub on Sandwich road. - 7 February 2013 07:15214142Planning went in for them on that site some years ago now and are not ones that come under the new development that might one day come.But they look very nice from the outside,miss the pub,but time moves on.Thank you.As I said "No building as yet being done with the new development, talks still going on beween the developer,and D.D.C. and the chairman of the parish council ,but he and the parish council are in the dark about it all,and at this time we as the parish council do not know even if the develoment will go ahead or not,there is not the call for one at that size at this time.And all sides know this,so we wait and see.
