Keith, stop twisting facts, get the facts right before posting.
It's only you who thinks everyone who votes Conservative is in favour of the DDC core strategy.
Even Charlie is against it, and if he's not a Tory?
You're putting words in the mouths of Councillors and in the mouths of parish residents, somewhat like a commissar in a banana people's republic

My proposal is, we leave it for Dovorians and the people of Whitfield to decide what we would like to have.
Take Sholden, for example: just about all the residents in this Parish near Deal are against the planned 500 houses there.
Whitfield, near Dover, was also very much against the core strategy.
You'll probably find that the vast majority in Dover (town) don't care about the Whitfield developments, and likewise most people in Whitfield don't care much for what happens in Dover....
I certainly have no problem about the development in Sholden, and my house is adjacent to an area that comes up regularly for possible development in Deal. Who am I to say that it's all ok to live in my house at the edge of the countryside but that no-one else has the right to develop that bit further out past where I am??

Not sure if many residents in the District are aware of the Public Consultation, Keith, as technically it can be defined as such.
I've got a contact net that keeps me informed of local issues.
