Deal to lose it's outpatients as a direct result, it will cause a lot of distress and expense to the users of what is an extremely busy facility. Why does there always have to be losers?

nobody in east kent wins overall, buckland will not offer essential services like a and e and care beds, deal will lose services and folkestone seems to be dwindling away to nothing.

Need a bigger look at what services are provided and where
times are changing
sometimes we may need to travel
costs wouldn't allow all services in all hospitals
