Certainly does Keith.
I wonder if Lorraine wants to post her blind e-mail that I received yesterday (along with a lot of other people I suspect) about the hospital.... I certainly haven't got time to "I suggest you sit down with a nice cuppa to read it all.".....
Been nice knowing you :)

If I understand rightly, Lorraine had everything ready for a hospital to be provided for Dover.

In what way does the hospital issue go on?
I thought it was now all cut and dried (repeat dried!) and the thing is about to be built on the carpark of the old hospital even as I speak.

Sounds from the above that there is no planning application in place so it is still a long way to go.... be a (slow) race between the hospital and DTIZ !

Do we know what services the hospital on stilts in the lake would have provided, Howard?
Swimming lessons?

Just o throw the cat amongst the pigeons

. The DTIZ site would have made a good hospital site.

now you're asking ed, casting my mind back there were plans for centres of excellence in treating vertigo and trench foot together with a planned unit for divers suffering from the bends.
