dave certainly didn't mince his words back then, he wouldn't say that now even if he thought it.

Lets face it, Labour would do a deal with anyone to get back in power.
I agree with Barry, there is little chance of UKIP winning any seats, despite the PR loving Libs having less support as a national %.

Howard, so are the tories and the libs.
We discussed yesterday the contempt I hold these people in, their raison d'etre is power, nothing else matters.

point taken about the dave and nick love in but ukip gain most of their support from disaffected blues that see dave as a closet liberal, they would jump ship immediately if any deal was struck with the two eds.

I don't think Cameron is a closet liberal Howard, he is an unashamed one. Europe, gay marriage, huskies in the arctic etc etc I'm amazed any "real" tories vote for him. I guess thats tribalism for you, the blues are as bad as the reds in that respect.

This is realy desperate stuff from UKIP in the knowledge they won't win seats of course they need a pact with someone.
The mouse isnt going to have a referendum thats clear

Keith, perhaps you have not grasped what is actually going on:
The Tories cannot win the next General Election unless they go for an all-out EU referendum, in or out, because the only reason why UKIP is so strong is on account of opposition to EU membership among the Public.
UKIP does not need to win even one seat in Parliament to prevent the Tories forming the next Government, because of the one past the vote system. That means Labour would win, because the Tories and UKIP are dividing- splitting - the vote that would oppose Labour.

Theirs is a big desire in this country for Commonsense politics, this will be the attraction to an ever increasing amount of voters
Lots of people on this forum will find a big percentage of ukip policy's that they agree with.
Even Brian would hopefully support ukip on law and order .
I challenge the political posters on this forum to pick holes in the ukip manifest.
Should be interesting

manifestos count for nothing at the hustings, neither does europe or law and order, they are for us to get worked up about.
people vote on the feel good factor economically, in other words who will hit their pocket the least.
