just a thought,you could allways convert buckland hostpital back to a workhouse.so you could all the drunks,dossers and tossers in there.do they still make mail bags these days.

simon is incorrect about the reason they are in market square, they were ordered to vacate pencester gardens although some remain on the periphery.

saw 2 police officers in town this morning, not a common sight.
usually they are seen in large numbers pouring out of cars or none at all.
