Won't have any MPs /members left way they are going .
Can't recall an election where the Labour candidate , is withdrawn by the Labour party so late , he still is on ballot paper as Labour candidate .
Wonder how people will vote now?

It has to be possible within Labour to criticise Israel without sending the party into meltdown. If I ciriticise Victor Orban, for example, I'm not anti Hungarian. I criticise UK government policies endlessly, doesn't mean I am anti British. Vote wise, I think Labour is slightly exposed to independent candidates in some constituencies, but I don't think it will do huge damage.

What Hamas did was awful but it seems that none of us are allowed to publicly criticise the mass slaughter of innocent Palestinian children and adults by the present Israel leaders.
Thousands made homeless then herded into towns which are then shelled, what is the justification in that kind of action.

See Jan we can agree !!
On a number of issues people are afraid to speak out in case they offend someone.
Not healthy for the future

I see SKS has now called for a Ceasefire "now". That seems to be progress.

Having had in total eight shadow ministers and two parliamentary private secretaries quit en route.
Brilliant!

SKS has to judge the mood music. He doesn't want to look like he is the last to the party on this when others change their stance (which is happening right now).

Breaking news: Starmer approaches Boris Johnson levels of charlatanism.
Liberal commentariat: this is commendable.
