Not at all boring Heike and I agree with a lot you say.
The daft thing with Howard's item is that we have to accept the scroungers (along with those that will work hard) from the EU but get rid of somebody who has never claimed a penny and is a highly valued worker.

are you on about the australian Lady? I do believe they should look at cases indiviually.
That will avoid all these Issues. It would take longer but that be ok I guess.

Individually only under eu rules though.
I think it was john buckley of the much maligned ukip that said immigration will always happen if we choose who we admit.
the australian lady is obviously one that we need here but the rules say differently.

I don`t think that Roger really needs to quantify anything keith. The simple and truthful point that he`s making is that we are quite happy to deport from this country a decent, hard working professional person ( in fact someone from a Commonwealth country, which used to mean something! ) whilst thousands of foreign deadbeats and criminals remain here by using, amongst other things, the European Court of Human Rights as their "get out of jail free card". ( No pun intended! )

Of course we do! We have the lot Keith, paedophiles and terrorists etc.,you name it, we have it! Here`s one off the top of my head that I can actually remember, fortunately I don`t know them all personally! "Mustafa Abdi", a really nice guy apparently and a great benefit to this country! We`re so lucky to still have him here thanks to that nice Mr Blair signing us up to Human Rights Act etc.

I wonder what the outcome would be if these terrorist and criminal failed asylum seekers were loaded onto a small jet and simply flown back to their country of origin.
Who would be prosecuted?

a lot of have already been convicted in their absence so it should not be a problem, the difficulty is if someone refuses to give their country of origin.
