18:1066032OK Vic has challenged me....
A quick Yes or No is all I want on this thread and a simple question, no maybes !
Be it from the UK, abroad, the town, or a management buyout, and beneficial to the District, do you agree with the sale of the port ??
Been nice knowing you :)

18:4866043Yes from me!
There's always a little truth behind every "Just kidding", a little emotion behind every "I don't care" and a little pain behind every "I'm ok".

18:5766048As isn't a straight NO, then I will take a maybe as a yes you agree if it is done right (as I think)

19:0766054That is cheating Paul you should not count it at all.
I am also a maybe but because you have taken Howard's maybe as a yes, I will now have to vote NO to balance the vote to the way it was.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
I try to be neutral and polite but it is hard and getting even more difficult at times.

19:4066069No, paul, no way! The democratic voice in Dover said no! Most final! This is a principle, no selling British sovereignty, which the people of Dover have democratically expressed by way of statements from ALL political party representatives in Dover and by way of petitions! No to any sale of Dover Port, full stop!
Why not introduce the port-tolls in all British ports and finally do something sensible for Britain's economy? Most European countries impose motor-way tolls and tunnel tolls, quite rightly, so they would not consider it unfair if Britain had something of an equivalent in port-tolls.
Alexander D, or Alistair macD! Once more, NO to port-sale!

19:4166070Much to my chagrin, a yes each from my wife and daughter. So 2 more Yes.
