she had a small tortoise in a tank for sale for £.125, i enquired about its hibernation and was told that if one is kept perfectly warm they do not need to hibernate.
i brought up the issue of importing then and found out that ones bred in captivity cane be brought over but certain type are still subject to an import licence.
very small stock at present, not surprisingly as the animals and the equipment is very expensive so it would be a matter of slowly building up by sales.
I was told today that even the Charlton Centre Manager does not know who is going into Sainsburys old shop, so the rest were just rumours.
