not sure about pigs trotters, you never know what they have been treading in.
You would never eat an egg in that case Howard

As I have a place in Bulgaria, close to Plovdiv.....yes!!! and when I have mentioned this in Town...I have received comments like....Bloody Foreigners....
Eastern Europeans.....disgusting....!!
Obviously, I would have found the Baltic Shop of interest!! but as Mr Mcsweeney has pointed out...it appears very few people are going in there...like many others I like to browse....they are watching you like a hawk all the time...and the big screens opposite the counter are rather intimidating....also the women servers...are not relaxed or prepared to help or give info.....In fact, I found myself explaining bits and bobs to the curious customers...............Every Little Helps...and the new shop keepers will have to learn this, or pay a huge cost in lack of business....
Anyway, did you never have boiled ham and pease pudding when you were young!!!!!

We use the Baltic Shop quite a lot. Their smoked chicken is brilliant and the cold-smoked mackerel is an inspiration.
I'm an optimist. But I'm an optimist who takes my raincoat - Harold Wilson
Peter Garstin...that helps, when people recommend certain items to try....
The Eastern European Beers are far superior to ours.....although they could do with the prices being lower.....Morrisons, I am afraid offer very good Czech beers for reasonable prices.....Unfortunately, prices rule at the moment.....
The teas are very nice. I am working on the fish, as our stores only offer mackerel....
Anyone bought a bike yet, from the Bike shop? that looks very quiet...

Dear God - I must avoid the London Road at all costs. I was trapped in my utility room the other evening because I could not walk past the damn great spider that lurked in the doorway.
