From Facebook a new total........."At the Royal Marsden in Sutton. Kelly's just had her 24th round of chemo. She was very sick all afternoon and evening on the first day, then thankfully due to tweaking of her anti-sickness medication, improved over the rest of the week. Don't know how long her poor body can take all this chemo. Still the fundraising is going well, standing at £489,917, and hopefully Kelly's scans will be okay to enable Kelly to take her GCSE's, and then go to New York for her surgery, as this is Kelly's wish. #doingitforkelly".......

AN UPDATE ON KELLY.
Kelly's gradually feeling better after the debilitating effects of the chemo. Quite a few people are asking when will we be going to America? The answer is after Kelly's GCSE's. They finish 22nd of June, then she'll have more scans, which need to be sent off to New York. They look at them, and if they're happy to operate, they'll give us a date. :) x
Kelly's put in a lot of hours revising for her last 4 exams, and we're very proud of her.

Are there any up-dates on Kelly Turner?
I have noticed Donald Trump is intervening regarding Charlie Gard.
Maybe worth a try. ?

I have seen plenty of pictures of her having chemo but no real new information that is worth posting on here, unfortunately there has been nothing new about her trip to America.

From what I hear Kelly's treatment of chemo has been changed to a different dombination of drugs has the olds drugs she has got used to,KJelly now has to got yo the Royal Marsden Hospital for more chemo every week for a day,so this means that the surgery in america has had to be postboned for a while, but Martin said that it would mean more time to fun raise
Good luck to Kelly such a brave young lady

Latest total £560,799 and news....
Well Kelly may have finished taking her GCSE's now, but she's not stopping there. She's already very busy doing homework for 4 A Levels, that officially start in September. It's good to see her using her talent, and gives her a good distraction from thinking about cancer. Bless her! So proud of her.
Had more trouble with Kelly's Hicman Line again this week. It worked partially to give some blood, but it didn't bleed back enough, so she had to give blood in the back of her hand, but she didn't seem to mind at all.
On the bright side, the last infusion of chemo didn't give her tummy pain, so we're grateful for that. Kelly's blood results showed that Kelly is Neutrophic, so she is more susceptible to catching viruses etc from others, so we have to be careful.
Still no news from America regarding surgery. #doingitforkelly".......
