Not a done deal yet as the protest group are taking legal advice on whether they can appeal. So much for the Marine Conservation Zones being protected.

Time they get it all sorted out the good news is they will not need it, but the law will be in place in case they try to take some again in years to come.

According to post 564 it is Reg, whether it is yet official is another matter but as Mr Gove has said it will happen I am surprised that the MMO have given the go ahead.

well the D,HB, got what they wanted but not till next year so that gives time for a rethink on what to do next to stop it ,maybe a mass meeting out side the offices of the D.H.B. with the Dover MP there yes I would put a case up if asked to do so.

Post 582. yes I was and still am in favour of the development, but never in favour of taking sand from the goodwin if you are going to pick up on what I say get it right first and read all the post,s not just the ones done by members you do not get on with,stop me in the town and I will put you right in what I said.
