It will look very nice when it is open, but the DHB police will have their work cutout to keep it like that when the schools shut down in two weeks time.

Facinating to watch these skilled workers laying and skimming over the new pathway. Got this shot before the chewing gum appears. Is the dog crap box staying there? If it is, wouldn`t it look better coloured anything but red? Not exactly something tourist`s would want in their holiday pics I`m sure. Any planners looking in here?

It's the standard colour Colin, unlike the projected contents!

Shouldn`t be too long now surely? I took this today and also noticed that a few plants have appeared in the earth beds.

Has the cctv gone up yet? Our masters will want to keep an eye on us.
i think it is a great place for the vagrants to camp out. Nice soft beds.

Howard, the Paparazzi can get in anywhere. No, not yet. The above picture involved me poking the camera through a gap in the fencing, at great risk to my hand from the pair of Doberman`s running loose, all to get the forum an exclusive picture.

When do the chain and hat brigade break open the champers cos we won't be allowed to sully the place until the bunfest is done and dusted?
can we have our own party?

It looks really fab! I haven't been down there in a while (work work work work.........) but it really looks classy! I have to agree about the dogpoo box though - a necessary evil but a bit bleeding obvious! I shall go there today and have a nosey!
What, in the dog poo box Bern!!!!??

One of my less well known habits, Sid........not.

I must remember to re-read my posts before hitting the send button!

Gosh, Scotchie, were you hang-gliding?
I do not think there is very much there to vandalise, since the whole scheme is very simple. I suppose the big problem is going to be graffiti.
