I just received this in case anybody is unclear of what they should do in the event of not having received their ticket(s).

This is a courtesy email regarding the Olympic Torch Relay Evening Celebration: Song for Dover event at Dover Seafront, on 18 July 2012.
If you have not received your tickets in the post for this event, then please contact our Customer Services department as soon as possible by
http://www.ticketmaster.co.uk/h/help.html clicking here. We will be able to ensure your tickets will be held for collection on the day of the event.
Tickets can be collected from 14:00 on Wednesday 18 July from:
Dover Leisure Centre
Townwall Street
Dover
Kent
CT16 1LN
Please note: Entry to the event will only be permitted on production of a valid ticket. Copies of confirmation emails will not be permitted.
In order to collect your tickets you must bring ID with you to prove that you are the original booker. If the tickets are for someone else and you are not attending, you will need to provide the person attending with a letter of authorisation, which will allow them to collect on your behalf.
The letter of authorisation must include:
The name of the card holder.
The billing address provided at the time of booking.
A contact telephone number for the cardholder.
The last four digits of the payment card that was used.
The Ticketmaster booking reference number.
The name of the event.
The date of the event.
The number of tickets that have been purchased.
The name of the person collecting.
The type of ID that the person collecting will provide.
The signature of the cardholder.
