Yet another fine example of EU efficiency, spend a vast amount of other people's money just to make a bad situation even worse. Aren't we lucky to have such a prestigious body acting for us in our best interests?
If our "leaders" had the guts and balls that is sometimes necessary in these situations then the problem could be largely solved relatively cheaply and Bob's " Wet Africans" would remain dry as well!
