So are the 'white working class' thick or merely lazy?

Goes back to the other thread about getting a good education. We're not born thick or lazy (at least I don't think so !), so parental guidance and good schooling - and individuals seeing the benefits of a good education, will mean that anyone can get a well-paid job and rise above the minimum wage etc.

Like it or not we are not all born equal.
IQ is an inheritable trait along with hight and hair colour (it would be strange if it was otherwise?)
I suspect that most of the great unwashed are a) born thick (nature) b) trained to be lazy (nurture).

The shops I use locally are staffed entirely, as far as I can see, with white working class people who earn the minimum wage or just above and do an excellent.
I cannot think of one who is thick, lazy or both.

LMAO Brian.
Worryingly our main economic competitors strangely do not have the same attitude.
In essence education/intelligence is based upon an ability to process information.

It looks harmless enough Jan, it appears to be an unsolicited advert for a University. It survived a scan!

Thanks Bob, for some reason "soran" rang an alarm bell so maybe I had seen this spam somewhere else.

Jan/Roger et all,
Although the link on post #352 shows no sign of malware, there is always the chance of getting one from visiting an unfamiliar site which could download an infected image from the website and lodge itself in your e-mail client and then progress from there!
There is not a detectable one at this stage but this could change in the future so you are right to be cautious.
It also appears on the Sour Grapes thread. (Edit : now removed).
