nothing really dramatic in the reshuffle as far as i can see, warsi and lansley are next to useless while ken clarke was always unsuitable for his role.
it was widely expected that jeremy hunt would get some sort of promotion due to him taking a lot of the flak that dave could have got over newscorp.
all the major jobs remain in the same hands with osborne staying as part time chancellor.

Article in Independent....precis
Our democracy is desperately sick. There is a very steep decline in respect for MP`s
and government. The poll organisations report;..35% believe nothing is worth
praise,53% are critical of the quality of our politicians,62% think politicians tell lies all
the time.
President of U GOV says there is evidence of massive disenchantment that goes far beyond the
dislike of politicians, political parties and policies. The Brits do not get fussed about
things but the danger is if panic sets in the face of sudden threat which could apply
now.
If the government of the day losses authority, tax dodging is a national sport, ministers
are incompetent and loss of trust in the countries political institutions.
The public is increasingly disengaged from national politics.
The explanation of growing disillusion in our political system is two fold incompetence
and trust betrayed.
Examples are botched reorganisation of the NHS,the budget that penalised pensioners
and charities, the petrol crisis that wasn`t,half baked policies that have to be changed
but worse than that an economic policy that allows no hope for the future and
forecasts that unemployment will keep rising for five years.

here is the full article, struck a chord with me. in the past people that used terms like "all the same" and feathering their own nests" were the types that never voted, now it is said by party devotees.

Jeremy Hunt has been given the job of Health Secretary.
The government will finally start to make some savings in the NHS, with all medicine now being bought from Veolia.

Cameron has launched a desperate attempt to win back the thousands of women
votes lost over the last two years, apprently he has a `trust deficit`.Maria Miller
``Hunts `replacement has been given the job.
The ``reshambles` left only 18 % women still in the government. He has been heavily
criticized for giving Knighthoods to male MP`s and no gongs to women MP`s.
Tory women MP`s including Nadine Dorries are very critical ever since the `keep calm
dear`which still rankles.
Women in general do not like the government`s austerity agenda.Once again `we are
not all in this together.
Westminster rumour city says there is no longer a stalking horse .....there are
several. And that Zac Smith has met with Boris and discussed the possibility of him
standing down to allow Boris back due to the Heathrow fiasco........to be continued......

So many waiting in the wings,
BORIS; Will he become an M.P. ? sure cameron won't want that.
CABINET SHUFFLE; Those kicked out now saying they will open to say what they reakly feel and be opening up a lot of wounds in this cobbled together govt.
RIGHT WING; They still wait in the wings to get cameron out if he doesn't soon
perform for them.
plus so many other directions

Ossie`s ( Slasher ) support has drained away.
Oct 2010 he made a speech that every one agreed with his Plan `A`for Austerity and
he has clearly stuck to his disastrous plan and look where it has got us.....just had an
irrelevant `rescramble`but there is still ``dither``on economic policy and still no
growth.
Slasher has not dealt with our debts and has reversed economic growth.....it is 4 %
below 2008.
IMF and OECD do not support Plan `A`and the general public have never supported it.
AAA status is under sever pressure and the final nail in Ossies economic coffin was
OECD jumping his ship with their forecast that our economic growth to `minus` 0.7 %
in 2012.
Despite the complete collapse of his `Fan` club he sticks to his Plan `A`...for
Austerity.
Two days before the `rescramble` Flashmouse said ``you can`t borrow your way out
of a crisis debt.....actually you can and should.
Slashers and Flashmouse days are numbered...........

Although Mr Cameron is always nice and friendly to Boris in his public disclosures, behind the scenes he is scathing..so the rumour mill suggests. We all saw Boris enjoying the Olympics and the Paralympics..and last night when handing over the flag to the Brazilians he was loudly and triumphantly cheered..in fact the roar was deafening right across London at the mention of the London Mayor and it continued as he strode forward with said flag. A politician can never have been so popular...how long the goodwill will last though is anybody's guess. These things can have a short time span!
But the fact of the matter is that Mr Cameron isnt going anywhere soon..nowhere. Nobody is going to shift him. He is ensconced in Downing Street and that's where he is going to stay until the next general election. Boris may indeed try to win a seat at the next general election with his eye on his own long term masterplan...Downing St!
If Cameron does NOT win the next election..the Conservatives will be looking for a new leader at that point. No mistake. But it all depends on the next election and the great unwashed voter out there.
Cameron only has one more go in him. The Tories change their leader with a swift brutality very often. No time in Tory ranks for losers. But if Cameron wins the next election, then the worlds his oyster for as long as he wants it.
DC in full flow at Question Time.Note the sleepy looking Ken Clarke slumping away in the background...no doubt longing for the grazing pastures of the evergreen shires of England.

I don't share your view on cameron
his time is limited
infighting in his own party
lots of candidates waiting to challenge him
whilst others wait in the wings for him to fall
then w have the disgruntled ex tory ministers out for revenge
then the right wing of the party wanting the party to move further to the right
not to mention the lib dems talking to labour
the clock is ticking for cameron

Semi light relief.........Osborne is declared beyond satire..........
``In the thick of it``....the missing DoSAC files....( Department of Social Affairs and
Citizenship )
Hilarious TV sitcom....but the daily reality of this Coalition Government is more
ridiculous than anything the most sulphurous sitcom can throw at it.
Some of what Osborne`s Treasury has been up to in the past two years makes the
daily unravelling at DoSAC look like an exercise in political mastery.
It is worth watching for all the cutting quotes but the Osborne regime is a sitcom of
errors that has cost us in many lost jobs, sqeezed wages and the misery it has caused
blameless families.............
.....it does not make me laugh at all...it makes me angry....perhaps there are some
things you should not joke about................
