Peter R You need to get it right
The poster although i disagree with him standing in the way he did, wasn't given a right to put forward his view
and an appeal.
now, thats not to say that i think he's right, just democratic
by the way the red herrings dont help your cause peter r
youv admitted you feel better now the poster admitted he justified in standing and stopping UKIP at the time it didnt matter

Just to reply to your red herrings
(of course you would prefer not to discuss the UNDEMOCRATIC UKIP PARTY)
The militants in Dover were given the right to hearing/appeal
but were expelled(the only bit you got right)
Yes my views on the selection of labour party candidate is correct
but the labour party could argue the majority voted to go this route(again thats democracy, something UNDEMOCRATIC
UKIP wouldnt understand.
all once again answered
Im sure the EX UKIP member
that mr ripley stated on here wasnt a member
yet he was until Feb 2014!
will be back to put in his view

Good comment Jan and Brian. It is appalling that Mr Sansum seems to take pleasure in continuing this thread particularly knowing that Mr Matcham is away and cannot respond . Bad form, Mr. Sansum.

Even though Vic and I disagree on many things - the port primarily- I consider him to be a good friend and I have several times defended him against attack both on this forum and 'the other place' when he has been unjustly got at.
I shall continue to do so when I think it's needed. He has expended a lot of energy over the years doing what he thinks is best for Dover, and for that he deserves our respect.
Ye who mock him diminish yourselves by so doing. Just grow up, please.

The thread was started by him wanting the publicity or you just would not put that type of headline.
my beef is not with him
but the UNDEMOCRATIC way he was EXPELLED

If you think the way UKIP dealt with him is wrong, you should join that party and try to correct it. Those of us who don't wish to do that should realise that it is none of our business and just get on with our lives.

I would have thought that, no matter which party you are talking about, standing as a candidate against a member of the party you belong to in direct contravention of the party rules you voluntarily agreed to when joining is a valid reason for being expelled, and with no possible justification for an appeal.
