I was not going to say anything about this but it will come out,A letter to Mr V.P Matcham dated the 30th of October2013. Dear Mr Matcham.
I am writing to inform you that the Party Chairman,Steve Crowther, has rescinded your membership of the UK Independence under Constitution clause 4.3 as a consequence of you having stood against a UKIP candidate in the Kent Council elections in May 2013. For more information on the UKIP constitution it is available to read on
www.ukip.org.
Yours sincerely David Challice. Head Office Manager end of letter.

Well now thats interesting,,,,,,,,,,,,
This means that Peter Ripley was wrong all the time!!!!!!
The poster was a member up until his membership was terminated on 30th October.
of course Mr Ripley would have been aware of this.

As I have always said I do not lie.I will now use my shredder to get rid of anything I hold etc. This will be done today.

As I have already said I do not hold any funds it is in the bank under UKIP.

i wouldn't have thought it controversial enough for the local papers, ukip are just doing what any party would do.

When the new Dover ukip party was started ,new officials got voted in
The old party members voted to get rid of Vic and reprieve another member
I felt these members should have been given the right to defend them selves at that meeting ,,but that's just me ,,democracy.
The new party set about sweeping out the cobwebs of the past ,,
I did not vote, I believed it was for the old Dover membership concerning vic
I did not understand haw toxic he is at that time .
But I can tell you now they where very happy to be shot of Vic
His membership ended at that meting ,the letter went immediately to the top of ukip
The delaying in the bomb landing at vics letter box was du to Dover ukip having no control of the speed of that letter being sent out, delivered
At the same time Vic applied on the web for new ukip membership. Computer say yes branch membership says NO!!!
But I do whish him well in his new party ,
charley is probably rushing around to vics letter box to day, conservative membership application form in hand,
GOOD LUCK .

None of the above post is true,I have never applied to join any party on line, and why would I do it now my membership was till Feb 2014.As Mr Mc Sweeney knows I also turned up that their meeting in the church hall as I said I would do as a member nothing was said to me and I was not asked to go. The heading was not agood one. I have now packed in with all partys and might not even vote anymore .

All I wanted was you heard it from me and not on hear say.

Well now this opens things up even more quite a few things here;
KEITH B Didn't vote yet disagreed with the way the poster was expelled interesting,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
The local UKIP branch(according to keith b) don't believe in democracy of allowing the poster to have his say, or right of appeal
interesting lack of democracy
and a reprieve for some one else wonder why???
looks like the poster has a good case to take Dover branch of UKIP to court

I spoke to Mr. Matcham on the 28/10/13 at St Marys' Church Hall...The conversation was private and confidential between Mr Matcham and Myself,at the end of the conversation ,we shook hands....I wish Mr Matcham well, now and in the future......
Keith S,your character is highlighted by your posts on this thread...It is clear, you have no feelings or concern for anyone...I will not debate a private and confidential matter with you..

I got on well with Mr Ripley and yes we did have a private talk after the meeting, that is why I did not say anything about it,I was not going to even put on the forum about UKIP geting rid of me,but as I said I did not want it coming out in a wrong way. As for UKIP in Dover I think Mr Ripley will make a good chairman but he does have alot of work on to get a good working committee behind him ,I think he will in the end give it up. There are sighs that some are moving to the far right and that will work against them at voting time. But we will see.

Strange
Having supported the poster, who quite rightly highlighted UKIP's undemocratic move in expelling a member
rather strange he's now back tracking
Mr Ripley
Had the poster not made this public knowledge no one would have been any the wiser, he chose to highlight it as he wanted people to know hes been expelled(why else would you put it on a public forum?)

The above post by Mr Sansum is right up to apoint I did want the members of the forum to know because what has been said before. As for back tracking that is not true UKIPs head office needs to be sorted out and have never been a great help to local groups. As for saying about the meet up of Mr Ripley and myself, saying I liked the way he talks etc,is not a sigh of me back tracking on anything I have done or said in the pass .I am not in UKIP anymore nor will I be asking again to rejoin nor will I be asking any other party the same, does that mean I will not stand for the 3rd time for the job of MP no it does not I just do not know at this time what I will end up doing.end.

There would be no other reason to post on a public forum
with the headline one for the papers
clearly wanting a story
now mine is just a reply to what appears to be an undemocratic process
which has not been denied by the poster and actually keith b confirmed it to be the case
