doubt if most of them give a monkey's keith, people in the priory area mostly go to town and back and don't know it's there as they have no reason to go past it.

Sadly lots of people knowing the shelter is there is completely different to caring what happens to it.
I hope the CCTV camera does the job and also hope it stays, even if it is eventually turned off it should act as a deterrent.
