I saw that a while ago but didn't have my camera with me.
I'll send your photos to Property Services, Howard.
The argument goes on and on.

Agree Keith it stays, its a landmark, our heritage, it will still be standing long after these morons are in their graves, they may at present be damaging the shelter but they are also destroying themselves with drink, let them learn the hard way, I expect its the same group of yobs that are running havoc in our area, not only running wild but also approaching the vunerable, we need more police presence

This is the email I sent to Property Services and the CSU (Community Safety Unit), yesterday.
"Good Morning".
I am sending you a photograph of Elmsvale Tram-Shelter - as you can see, broken panes again.
I know that a camera was fitted some time ago, but I guess that was temporary ? Surely we can't go on just replacing these panels as and when some brainless moron decides to break them - with total impunity.
Should we not have a permanent camera ? We must have spent more on replacing the panes, than on a quality digital camera - I did send details on a new kind of camera that a shop in Snargate can provide; is it not now time to try something new ?
Here's the photo"
I'll let you know what they say.
I think it was someone on here who said we should make it useful, not just a target for idiots; maybe seats in there ?

Something has to be done this awful situation can not keep carrying on. it must mean money that is needed on other equally important subjects is being used on these repeated repairs.

With 32 pages to wade through, I'm guessing the obvious question has been asked, but I'll ask it again - what is the problem with fitting toughened perspex, etched panels, instead of glass?

I understood that they were to use etched plastic glass, but from the way the glass has shattered, it would seem not. I'll check.

I think they will need to use something with the strength of bullet proof glass in future.
I am fairly sure it was Tom who suggested putting benches in the shelter. I hope Tom is ok I have not noticed him posting for a few days.
