#78, Lesley, that was Dave Alan's (the Irish comedian) line. He always said it at the end of his shows.

A Christian who believes in Christ as the First Son of God-The-Father and as our Saviour, must never give up their Faith, and must believe in the Holy Scriptures.
A Christian upholds that only the Christian Faith is the One True Faith.
The English Church was conceived through the Spirit in Kent owing to a royal marriage, it is not Catholic, and not the C/E of Henry VIII.
And the Holy Scriptures of the New Testament were written by the Jewish Apostles, not the popes.
The Northumbrian Church too was conceived in the Spirit through Celtic missionaries from Scotland and Ireland.
This Church too was not Catholic, and it does not owe allegiance to Henry VIII either.
The Celtic Churches of Scotland, Ireland, Wales and Cornwall were conceived in the Spirit and were not Catholic.
A Church Conceived in the Spirit does not pass away, it remains forever.
There is nothing that is hidden that will not be revealed.
They rebuilt the House following the same plan.

I'm really confused as I was sure that Jesus was the King of the Jews and therefore Jewish.

Lesley, Jesus was in Heaven before Adam was created on Earth.
He was born to the House of David from the Virgin Mary and is King of all peoples, having been chosen by the Father as our Saviour.
The British national anthem that starts with "God save the queen" is wrong, as Jesus is the Saviour of ALL humanity.
The Monarch of Britain is Jesus Son of God, and there shouldn't be a thing such as "God save only the queen"!
A few weeks ago, reference to God disappeared from the Girls Scouts pledge, whereas reference to the queen remained.
In reality, this was a blasphemous decision.

Some of the statements on this thread are pure fantasy, they must be the forum's version of Summer Madness.
