  Well said Paul , you might just be right over this one I would say the beting is even at this time. But I am ending it all in the new year, My last performance or some might say Execution will be the boxing day dip,after that,It is over,so am I. Time waits for no man and it is time for me to move on,(or over)

  why is it that local authority officers are allowed to present their customers with indecipherable jargon?
  
  no private business would last 5 minutes if they tried that on.

  Maybe because 99.99% of the population of Dover don't give a t*ss about it or what happens so it may as well stay how an expert would write things rather than "simplify" it ??????
