Thanks for the up-date Neil, Jo and I will be down there at some stage, that's if I can get out of the house and make the bus!
It's good to see the market growing like this, during the summer months a regular 'different' market would be a most welcome addition to the town. I am looking forward to some cheeses and breads, hams etc,

Keith, there was absolutely no need for that last, barbed comment of yours. For once, why not comment without a 'dig'?
You're just like those irritating little arses in the playground that poke and cause trouble by saying "Miss, he said xxxxx". Just remember the usual fate of those same little arses, they tended to end up being dumped on their own arse.

Can't take what Keith?
You've never heard me whining once, its you that grizzles every time someone offends your sensitive nature. I never make personal comments, you are such a political animal you need reminding that after 25 years as a politician our town is in decline. Now you're out of it you have all the answers and are happy to snipe at everybody. I'm amazed you and Reg have the front to pass comment with your track records.

So why make a comment, entirely unconnected with the current topic of conversation, in the first place Keith...?

Cicero said that politicians are not born, they are excreted. 2000 years later I see little reason to disagree.

Keith, I am involved on a voluntary non political basis, you were a paid councillor at every level for 25 years during which the town has declined. You now see fit to have a pop at all and sundry which is astonishing.
If/when I lift my head above the political parapet I'll be judged on what I do not what I say - your track record as a politician in Dover is diabolical yet all you do is criticise others.

Peter, there's the odd good one, this town included, but Cicero was correct about 90%

Of course I know what you did I've lived here since 1963.
Like 99% of the others you bragged about how community minded you are, you boast on here about your union pals and all that happened has seen Dover go into decline. Now all you do is write letters exhorting people to spoil ballot papers, that is the extent of your thought process and you accuse me of negativity.

What a good market it was today. Loads of cruise passengers and crew stopping off in the Market Square and browsing. Hopefully more than a few buying as well. It was good to see the Market Square end of town buzzing with people in the zephyr breeze and bright sunshine.

I had a little joke with a certain lady about what could be painted on small mineral things from the sea shore.

I thought the atmosphere at the market was great today. The sunshine always helps.
The Italian Market is an exciting prospect and a really good initiative conceived by Sue Jones and delivered by the Town Team. Obviously we all hope that there will be enough customers, so do all

please support it.

It was a lovely day down there today, I popped in and had a Bacon sarnie and a cuppa and watched the world go bye.

Some nice stalls there but where has the Caribbean food van gone?. I passed later and saw David and team dismantling the stalls. Watch those lights on the pedestrian crossing David.
