No. When it's clear voting cannot change the direction of travel, then it's a positive action not to vote.
That is not 'not bothering'. It's using your head.
On the other hand, the lazy action is to trudge to the church hall and pencil your 'X' in a box, after lazily thinking your vote will make any difference.

I do partly agree with you.

You have a lot to learn if you think that's a bad thing.
The twin parties gave us shovels. We dug a pit. You want us to jump in?

This Christmas, spread your good will to politicians everywhere.
Remember, they do it for you.

I am sure most (not all) of our modern politicians are MPs simply there for the money or self publicity for future easy money directorships or employment.

I try to be neutral and polite but it is hard and getting even more difficult at times.

Plus a multiplication of the existing minuses…….you’ve got a point if you add this to the equation which will probably result in an eternal triangle.
Do nothing and nothing happens.

Even though a basis maths knowledge is very important most if not all young people will know how to use a calculator if needed for every day life.
Although we had to do them at school all those many years ago I must admit logarithms and their everyday use are still a mystery to me.

Having moved to Wales over a year ago, I still look in on the Forum from time to time. Glad to see it’s still the same old rubbish being discussed and the same conclusions being arrived at by the same old tribalists. About time you all incorporated the Serenity Prayer into your thinking, it would reduce your blood pressure quite a lot.
