What makes the situation even more surreal is that mainly female politicians are seemingly putting some of the blame on women even though most were in a group of other women or with their husbands and children. The cover up by the authorities will lead to moderate people lending their support to the far right.

They seem to be linked with the group that were supposed to demonstrate in Dover today, all very quiet though.

Friendly little buggers in Calais innit? Here's what happens when journalists don't want to make a contribution to 'refugee charity'!!!

Estimates are that another 2 million will turn up in Europe this year would be foolish to think that Germany will not give them EU passports to get rid of them to the UK

That Goan trick is an old one, don't be fooled by the age restriction - like anywhere on the subcontinent palms can be greased in order to get the desired outcome. Goa is a popular weekend destination for the wealthy of Bombay and documents are acquired easily then sold on to others who are not doing so well financially in the new India.

It would be a lot simpler if the Schengen agreement was sent into the long grass and each country decided who they let in.

Very nearly demoted to Petty Officer after that and the real hardliners wanted him to walk the plank.

Courtesy of the "Independent" many countries now doing it, sounds fair to me.
German authorities have started confiscating jewellery, valuables and cash from refugees entering the country to make them fund their stay.
Officials in Bavaria and other southern states seeing high numbers of asylum seekers arriving from Austria are following Denmarkand Switzerland to implement the controversial practice.
Joachim Herrmann, the Bavarian interior minister, said anything worth more than €750 (£570) can legally be seized in his state.
"The practice in Bavaria and the federal rules set out in law correspond in substance with the process in Switzerland," he added.
In neighbouring Baden-Württemberg, asylum seekers can only keep money and valuables worth €350 (£265).
The average amount seized so far is "in the four figures" per person across the southern states, Bild reported.
