I share your view that its LIKELY to be between labour and conservative locally, but thats because the other candidates excluding vic, just turn up at election time.
Also Vic will take votes, and if the LIB DEM were more active they could have got a higher vote, but they have chosen someone from sevenoaks?
and other small party candidates will also take votes from the main 2
