I always check my facts first and as I thought Bollards, Street Lighting fancy street lighting come under Kent High Ways.Im going to inspect the black bollards next week and hope fully they maybe repainted. When Highways was located at DDC things got done you could just walk into their office and and report problems.
Hope this information is helpful.

Helpful or not its irrelevant to the thread which is about the Town Team.
You seem to have trouble comprehending that bollards, crests and street lighting are absolutely nothing to do with the Town Team.

Hear hear, Tony.
Oh, and on the subject of work, yes thank you: 4am alarm weekdays to open our cafe for 5am, work through till breakfast time and then go and do the 9 to 5 job. And Saturdays early doors at the cafe too. Hope that clears up any implications of indolence from the great and good.
Never mind the bollards...

86, Andrew, in between all that you would have time to operate the seafront bogs in Dover.
