I did indeed attend the meeting, and I must say they have some interesting events planned. Let us hope that they are well supported Didn't see Keef there though.

Sue I did think of reporting on planned events, but decided not to as 3 of the members of the committee post on here, and as such it should be down to them to post details when they see fit to do so.

Tom, you speak up, it has far more impact if non Team members "buy in" to the projects.
Your feedback is essential and valued.

Loads of people there, had to send out twice for more chairs! It was a very positive meeting, open to all and an interesting mix in attendance.
Agreed Tom, planned events should be announced at the right time through the right channels - some are imminent, some are forward planning for next year.

Why would we mention civic crests? Surely they are in the domain of the Council.

Jan, I'm on a yellow card at the moment, please don't light my touchpaper
I'm being serious here, what is a civic crest and why would the Town Team be discussing it?

I assume a Civic Crest is the Coat of Arms, if so as Simon says what has that to do with the Town Team.

Sue, you'll need to be more specific, what is the connection between the Town Team and the Civic Crest?

Yes, I too am still lost on this Sue. The bluebird trail is not connected with the crest.

Nothing to do with us, not connected in any way. I think the bollards look nice.

Sue, please stop talking in riddles, the bollards and the civic crest are absolutely nothing to do with the Town Team, I have no idea what you're talking about.
