A large tractor with snow plough has just been both ways on Lewisham Road. Not sure who's it is as it did not appear to have any company name on it.

A lovely picture of Paul's dog. It looks like a painting.
Jeanne your dog looks quite frisky for an eighteen year old.

Wonder if weather will permit buses again, none this way since tuesday afternoon, nothing getting up the hill outside at the moment, far too icy. Still haven't seen so many people walking so ages. Everyone stopping and talking to each other, its nice to see.

I would like to go off track for a moment ,this morning I rang both DDC & KCC to explain about A small road King Lea Way Aycliffe I have not moved my car for 3 days and both sides of me I have Many people who are disabled and myself. I wanted to go to the shops to get Heating and food but was afraid that if I took car out I would not get back in as this road as quite an incline and we have had no gritters on this estate for those 3 days even buses were not getting up here.both DDC & KCC are the most uncaring councils i have ever come across I ask about getting six or ten shovels of grit to spread on this hill and i was willing to go and get it myself both Laughed and said you got no chance The girl on the Switchboard at KCC told me to stop wasting there time and cut me off. I and at lest 3 other people have had hart attacks in the last 4 months and all live on the ropewalk and need to get medicines food and heating if this is what you councils call a caring society I would rather be dead than ask you load of hypocrites for any help. so my wife and I started to clear this road by hand when along came a yellow tractor with a plow he saw we were having a bit of trouble so he stopped and cleared the road Thank you whoever you are you allowed sick and vulnerable people to get to the shops for there food. and as for voting in local you lot can freeze in hell
