08:5466859Hello Anne, I'd really need more info to work on this but my feelings so far are not great. I think he either has a partner or that he is just one of these guys who always makes promises and doesn't follow them through because he gets easily distracted by other things - friends, work, family etc. Having a relationship with him would mean you could be way down the list of his priorities.

How to find out more is going to be difficult but on the other hand I have never ever come across anyone like this before, so my gut feeling too is that he is seeing someone else. I am going to ask that outright though. He is a very silly man, maybe it is because he is recently footloose and fancy free. He could go for 10 years and not find anyone. He is already 60( a bit old for me)
