Vic, coming from you that advice sounds a little hollow. How many times have I told you to do the same?

I have just returned from visiting Roger, and he is feeling much better, almost back to his old self. In spite of walking down to Canterbury town this morning, going round M & S, he couldn't buy anything as he didn't have his wallet, then walking back to the hospital, the doctors still say he cannot come home yet. He has to stay as his blood test results are not showing enough reduction of the infection. He was quite frustated when I left him, as he's getting very bored.
Thanks for popping in Bern and also Alan, Claire's Dad. He's always pleased to see a different face.
Jean.
Jean, it was a real pleasure to see you and to see Roger looking so well. I couldn't believe he had walked to M&S!! He is irrepressible! I so hope he can go home soon or he may explode!

He will have to stay in until his blood tests show blue again.

sounds like he is still in situ.
he will be climbing up the walls with boredom and frustration by now.
even if he is still feeling rough he will prefer to be in his own home.
