Sandwich is very lively at the moment with various rd closures in place due to the Sandwich open golf event,from the 11th till 18th July.

Very busy now in Sandwich,golf tornament has officialy started.10 min journey this morning just to get some milk took an hour n half.

My Grandson went today with his daughter. His NHS worker wife got free tickets but the labs are so short staffed she would have felt guilty leaving her fellow workers to struggle, never mind all those waiting even longer for their test results.

Been a nightmare getting to and from work in Sandwich this week with the toll bridge closed to all except the privileged few and everything being squeezed around the bypass.
