it’s Crabble Avenue, where the Cricketers is, not Crabble Hill.

Up in Buckland Village, Green Lane is going to be closed for 2 days. With it being the 2nd main route down from Whitfield with lots of buses, it could be chaos!
Alternative route not well described, also Green Lane isn't connected to Brookfield Road (It's Brookfield Avenue).

At least it's during the holidays so there won't be loads of school buses to worry about!

I still think all the companies digging up roads should be made to work together to avoid to much hassle
also when roads/pavements dug up they should not be allowed to be left dug up until a bigger contract can be added to make it worthwhile

Roadworks just started on the A256 between Whitfield and Eastry.
Long stretches of the road down to one with not much going on. All with a 20mph speed limit
For 3 weeks...

Today the left lane northbound was coned off and they were re-surfacing the left lane. Unfortunately the left turns were all closed off and we were trapped until the Barville roundabout. No signs were provided to warn people that if they wanted to go into the north end of Whitfield they had to go via Tilmanstone, Eythorne and Waldershare.

I've just driven down Folkestone Road and there are now two sets of temporary traffic lights and a further hole in the ground on the mini roundabout. At 2.30 pm there wasn't a single worker to be seen, not even a Foreman looking into a hole!
It's going to be chaos at rush hour a bit later today.

Coming back down the M2 late last night we suddenly discovered without any warning that the exit slip at Brenley Corner had been closed. Ended up coming via Blean and Canterbury as that was the route the chap driving us knew.

Clarendon Street will be closed off 13-17th of August for water main repairs.
Parking in the area will be a bigger nightmare than it already is.

I would estimate there are about three parking spaces left in an otherwise full Clarendon Street, so much for people reading the signs put up by Affinity Water,.
