Brian, Labour got by far less seats than UKIP at the County elections, which would make Labour a bigger fart in a thunderstorm.

Sally Bercow tweet libelled Lord McAlpine, high court rules
Commons Speaker's wife agrees to settle with Tory peer after falsely linking him with allegation of
child sexual abuse

Sally Bercow said she was "surprised and disappointed" after the high court ruled that she defamed the
Tory peer Lord McAlpine by falsely suggesting on Twitter that he was a paedophile.
The Commons Speaker's wife had always defended her tweet - "Why is Lord McAlpine trending? *innocent face*"
- about the former Tory treasurer in November last year, following allegations on BBC 2's Newsnight about an
unnamed high-profile politician. But on Friday she admitted that she regretted her "conversational and
mischievous" message and said: "On this, I have learned my own lesson the hard way."

I'm surprised the Labour Party encourage that woman so - she's a loose cannon on deck.

Huge gay marriage protest turns violent in Paris
About 400,000 traditionalists take to streets to oppose new law
Riot police fought running battles with hard-right protesters in the heart of Paris at the end of a mostly
peaceful demonstration against gay marriage.
About 200 young people, many of them masked, pelted police lines with bottles, stones, fireworks
and flares. The crowd - led bizarrely at one stage by a lone bagpiper - chased and beat up
TV crews and press photographers. Police and gendarmes responded with tear gas and baton charges

Gordon Brown leads list of MPs who earn most outside Parliament
MPs topped up their salaries with outside earnings worth £7m last year, with 20 backbenchers
making more money from other jobs than from their parliamentary salaries, new research
disclosed last night.
The highest earner was the former Prime Minister, Gordon Brown, who declared payments
totalling £1.37m in the parliamentary session which ended this month, according to The Guardian.
The payments were 20 times higher than the £65,738 salary which he collects as an MP.
His income came from delivering speeches around the world. Mr Brown explained none of the
money went to him personally, with £600,000 going to charity and the balance was used to run an
office to "support my ongoing involvement in public life".
The next biggest earner was the Conservative MP for Sleaford and North Hykeham, Stephen Phillips,
who declared earnings of almost £750,000, which came from his work as a barrister, including
some cases which began before the last parliamentary session.

Fracking gaining momentum...
Shale Gas explorers on new treasure trail.
A new shale gas frontier has opened up in Lincolnshire after an AIM-quoted explorer raised
the region`s official estimate of resources to 16 trillion cubit feet .
If all the gas is recovered it would be equivalent to 12 yers worth of North Sea production.
