i felt rather sorry for suarez on this one, things get said in the heat of the moment in a contact sport and before it used to be forgotten very quickly.
evra decided to run to teacher because suarez had said a naughty word, hardly impressive stuff from a player of his stature.

i would have done exactly the same as suarez under the circumstances, the case has stunned spanish speaking south america where the word he used is perfectly acceptable and not seen as abusive.
if evra had found it offensive he should have confronted suarez after the game and demanded an apology rather than taking it to the authorities.
they are fellow professionals and should not forget that.
