Keith, the guy lost his job among other things. Being a strong leader sometimes means making decisions other people won't fully understand or support.

I confess it was a term used in a less than complimentary way about people from oop t'north when my friends consisted of Southern apparently educated eejits ( a long time ago!!). What prejudices we all accumulate!
