Popped along briefly to witness the last 2 boat races, saw Terry & Jeanette, got introduced to Guzzler and Humphy.
Also saw John G - or maybe I didn't ig you know what I mean John...
Missed getting introduced to Andy & Ian as I had to dash off and do the shopping, my partners not well and I cannot leave him too long.
Andy was obviously one of the ones with microphones that wasn't Terry.
Ian I guess you were the one in the waders splashing about like a big kid in the river?

Hope your partner is on the road to feeling better Ross - hope also it isn't anything (too) serious.
Have a good week.

The boat races were a good bit of fun, Andy somehow managed to "fix" his boat to post the fastest time and win the event overall. Oh well, money goes to money
I forgot seeing you too Ian

I wondered where you'd disappeared to so quickly, one minute you were chatting to someone and then you'd disappeared before I could catch up with you.

John's right, with Hornby you know it takes someone with years of experience to hold the track together or you might lose connection

23:0864897Merlin - I'm not a clever clogs, that's according to my bird book!
We've got a great view of the Lydden and Temple Ewell nature reserve from our back garden, and it's a terrific site for birds of prey flying along the thermals on the ridge - buzzard, kestrel, sparrowhawk, red kite, peregrine and hobby all been there in the last few weeks, and ravens which seem to have moved on now.
