Just a reminder that this really great event is on in Pencester tomorrow. The weather should be better for the gardening, pet, and all round fun extravaganza. Todays weather not so good but the forecasters promise a pickup in the situation. See the Anchor Page ad for more detail.
The kids will love the animals, so lets hope its another busy day in Pencester. All put together by the Dover Town Council. Some of the events in Pencester this summer have been very well attended and tomorrows should be very good indeed.

decent turnout though seemed a bit down on last year.
there was a tent last year where children brought their pets to for us to peruse, could not find it today.
i don't remember seeing any plants for sale either.

Sorry we couldn't get down there, Jean has been very poorly these last few days; we even went over to Canterbury Hospital yesterday afternoon in case she had peritinitus - thankfully she doesn't.
Hopefully she's on the mend but it has left her very weak.
Glad to hear the event was a success, apart from it seems, the Horticulture side of it.

Sorry to hear that Roger, give Jeane a great big hug from me ( and a kiss ) I thought your absense was a bit conspicuous today.
Sidney, look at the thread AUGUST 13th. It's a special evening to celebrate a birthday and a wedding we'll probably see about 2 new forumites. WOW.

keith has threatened to post again later in continuance of his morning onslaught.
