I only heard about it yesterday early afternoon and too late to send round an email about it.
Noon at the Town Hall is the time for those who can't make the cemetary.

Very sorry to hear of the closure of the DE office. We have spent many happy hours there, though owing to our domestic situation we've been unable to be in Dover nearly as much as we'd have liked over the last year or so. Thank you, DE Dover, for your kindness, support, and general good fun!
The Zeebrugge commemorations happen every year in Dover, at St James cemetery and by the Town Hall, on this day. Valiant souls, with acts of amazing heroism.
