Looking at the latest picture above I notice that one of the aforementioned beer cans lays at the foot of the nice wrought iron birdstands/feeders, obviously the 'gobbeens' have been using them for target practise. Maybe we should place the little dahlings in stocks and do the same to them

Maybe it is time that a punishment like the stocks was reintroduced for minor but very annoying crimes after all it might prove more effective than a fine for the repeat offenders.
