Shall we look at what Mr Brown is doing with the ex-Dover players at Ebbsfleet? They are currently lying 11th in the table, with Dover in 6th. Strange logic.
Still, once we pick up a couple of wins, I'm sure you'll be back on the bandwagon again.

Due respect Vic but you were not there last night, like a lot of other part time supporters you stayed away and I can tell you Dover played a lot of good football as did Margate at times. You have to take on who is in front of you and Dover did it well last night against Margate who are second in their league.
You are doing exactly what you did last season when we also had a bad start under Forster and Brown, running them down and saying they will get nowhere and what did they do they came third did they not. OK winning the league is what we all want but loosing in the play off final is hardly a bad season.
I am not happy at the way the last two games have gone at home and I have blamed Kinnear for those defeats but time will tell, it is an almost new team and they will get it together & prove you and others wrong.
True supporters, support their team thick and thin, not just when they are winning. Smile in defeat laugh in victory and we did a lot of laughing last night after seeing some very good goals which will do them no harm at all, even against Margate.

I have said this before to you Harry it is not about winning or defeat it is about how the team play they can they can lose a match but that match can still be a good one it is when you see them not giving 100% and the public are paying the same cash as they do when they play well I would go up there even if they did not win one match if I see a good match. But they are like taps hot and cold. And I am not the only one that did not go because how they played, not because they did not win.

Sorry Vic we will have to disagree. You can give all the reasons you like, you either support the team or you do not and you obviously do not. They are giving it their all but they are still bonding as a team and they and the manager have made some mistakes and the manager has admitted it. . Try going on the official web site and listen to them and the manager talking after the game you might just learn something about how they feel and saw the game.
As I said Vic Sorry to have a dig and no you are not the only one I agree on that, there are a lot of part time supporters in Dover, Win and your great, lose and I am not going any more you don't give 100%. Toys out of prams supporters who do not give the club and team 100% support.

I cannot say what the match was like so others will have to report on that I know they lost, but that does not mean it was a bad match.only 1.0

Dover at home today lets hope it stops raining, sorry Harry but I will not be going up"Why" ? I need to see them playing alot better football before I spend out cash watching them, and do not think I am the only one saying that because there are many saying the same. By playing better does not mean I need to see them win but playing better But I hope they do well.

You may not get the highlights, the guy that does it does so voluntarily and it depends on his work as to him being there.
I agree with Brian how will you know and highlights do not tell you the complete game. I have said my bit on stay away fans, well so called fans, so will say no more.
As for last Saturday at Farnborough we were far the better team playing some good football, had two goals disallowed for offside and the first it never was offside but we still lost after going down to 10 men.
It was going down to 10 men which cost us the game as we still tried to win the game when we could have settled for a draw and sat back for last 10 minutes. A good game spoilt by the officials.

I'll best give it a while before I make any comment about the referee at Crabble today. It would be safe to say I am not alone in being unhappy with his performance.

I did watch the so called highlights but could not tell much I did not go so I cannot say anything about the match, but the numbers of supporters is still falling ,the only way to stop it is to see Dover playing better football and + geting wins and goals under their belts.

Referee was a disgrace. I have looked at the highlights several times and we should have had two penalties and what is worse is the second goal of theirs.. Mitch was fouled, by accident yes but their player goes into him while he has the ball in both hands and no one can hold onto a ball while being tossed up into the air like he was and coming down onto their neck.
However it matters not that it was a foul, a serious injury means the game must stop and the goal was scored while Mitch was on the floor injured with what a lot thought could have been a broken neck, thankfully it was not.
Like you SWWood I am still uptight about it but the Referee was being assessed and I am told the assessor looked at the incident on the camera after the match and he also is not happy. Does not change the result though we still lost and it was over all another game where I strikers can not score goals.
Not sure why you call them "so called highlights" Vic the lad does them as a volunteer and does a dam good job of it in my opinion and I hope yesterdays goes to the Conference and FA so that the referee can be disciplined.

I do not understand the "so-called highlights" comment either Harry. We enjoy watching them as we can no longer get to games. Well done to whoever prepares them.
