I don't think Howard was taking anything away from any of the other great events we have in Dover, everyone will have their own favourites. Drunks sleeping on the grass are harmless and is a small price paid to be for a free town centre weekend of entertainment....

I don't remember anyone saying " The most successful event " Mr Atkins.
Howard said " Always a great event " there is a big difference.
No one said you had to attend.

Well said Ian
For me it is the very best event we have bang in the centre of Dover in Pencester Gardens.

Good luck to Ted, Ian and the rest....
I have played no part in the organising this year due to the pressures of business. I will be there for a couple of hours Saturday morning and longer on Sunday.
Ted, I will pop into the park on Friday with a car load of banners/flags etc.... probably won't be until lunchtime or early afternoon though.
Nice to see some new acts appearing.

Howard, you are a most wicked man
That's young Leonard who I've known for more than 40 years, a near neighbour from Eythorne and he's talking up the Blackfish academy and their upcoming performance of Flashdance at the Roundhouse Theatre.
Good picture of my eldest daughter with arms folded behind me and my Grandson's ear in the foreground.
