A man will appear in court charged with dangerous driving following a police pursuit between Dover and Folkestone.
Leonard Taylor, 20, of Meadvale Road in Croydon was arrested by Kent Police officers on Friday 27 March 2020 after he was stopped in his car in Earls Avenue, Folkestone.
Officers were called concerning a vehicle being driven dangerously around the Port of Dover at around 8pm. The driver refused to stop for police and was pursued to Folkestone.
Following the stop, Mr Taylor was arrested and the car was searched where a quantity of class B drugs and drugs paraphernalia were seized. Mr Taylor was charged with dangerous driving and possession with intent to supply.
He was remanded in custody and was due to appear at Medway Magistrates’ Court on Saturday (28 March 2020).
